RPG Build 4 deployment will begin late September, 2003. WDTB has prepared a VISITview presentation and an associated document that presents the operationally relevant features of RPG Build 4.0.

Each NEXRAD deployment office will receive two (2) copies of the RPG Build 4.0 training document. Additional copies are available for download. (This file is a PDF file. You must have Adobe's Acrobat Reader installed in order to read this document.)

The VISITview presentation has recorded audio and annotations, and is available for download and playback (exe, 22.06 MB). Download, save, and expand this file as you would with any VISITview presentation. To view the recording, activate the "visitplay.bat" file for student control of the slide presentation, or the "visitauto.bat" file for continuous playback of the slide show. For details on VISITview recorded sessions, see the VISIT web site.

In continuous playback, this training session will take about 30 minutes. When viewed by a group with discussion between slides, this session would still likely take less than one hour. We encourage everyone to participate, whether individually or in groups.
