RPG Build 6.1 Training

RPG Build 6.1 deployment will begin early March, 2005. This build is to support the NCEP mission requirements. SuperOb is a product generated at the RPG that provides radial wind observations for initialization of the NCEP's regional high resolution models. RPG Build 6.1 provides the necessary SuperOb product format for transfer through the AWIPS WAN to NCEP and ingest into the NCEP models.
