Updated macro file for BOU sim4
If your sim4 macro in the wessl directory for the BOU simulations is corrupt, download the above file into the wessl directory (i.e. /data/awips/2006Jun18/wessl) and remove the original file located in that directory.

New BOU localization for WES8.2

The above zip file needs to be put in the localizationDataSets directory for the BOU simulations for 6/18/2006. Once it is there and you are in that directory, type:
- mv BOU BOU_WES81
- tar zxvf BOU_WES82.tar.gz
- rm -f BOU_WES82.tar.gz
The BOU simulations should now run using the 8.2 localization.
