***NEW***The menu on the right is an option to consider. The only difference between the two menus is that the Precip, derived prodcuts, etc.
submenus are on top rather than the bottom. It makes sense to put them on top because often times these are the products that are used as overlays
and not necessarily in any pre-built procedures. Putting them on top allows the user to quickly get to them rather than having to scroll all the way
down to the bottom of the menu.

Here is the proposed OB9 KXXX radar menu, localized to ktlx. This would be implemented with a turn key script that would be "turned on"
as soon as a site is upgraded with dual-pol. We (WDTB) would already have these menus available in our training and simulations for dual-pol.

Length/Width of this KXXX menu: The proposed OB9 KXXX menu shown below is actually ~ 1/2 line shorter than OB8.2 KXXX menu.
It is however about 20% wider than the OB8.2 menu.
