WES 7.2 Patch #1 Now Available

A patch for WES7.2 has been released which address problems with the Guardian application and the updating of data gathered in certain VCP's. Please go to the patch webpage for more information. Everyone using WES7.2 needs to install this patch!

WES 7.2 Now Available!!

WES 7.2 is the latest version of NOAA's NWS Weather Event Simulator developed and distributed by WDTB / CIMMS on January 18, 2007. Although WES7.2 is a standalone install DVD (requires no previous versions of WES), NOAA users should install the “WES machine replacement disk image” on the new machines before installing WES7.2 to minimize problems with operating system conflicts. WES 7.2 is available via ftp for non-NOAA collaborators. To get your own copy of WES 7.2, please follow these request instructions.

WES 7.2 Training

A short overview of WES7.2 entitled "WES 7.2 Overview Training" will be posted in the Learning Management System (LMS) for NOAA users on January 19, 2006. To view, simply log onto the LMS and search for WES7.2. Access to this training module will be provided to Non-NOAA users in the WES7.2 download instructions.
